Tuna Melt
Directions
Step 1:
​Drain the tuna and then combine it with the mayonnaise mixture. Utilize a fork to break the tuna into flakes. Add celery, pickles, red onion, and parsley, and mix them together. Finally, season the mixture with salt and pepper to your liking.

Step 2:
​Spread butter on one side of each bread slice. Heat up a medium-sized pan and place both slices of bread in the pan, butter-side down. Place tuna salad on the bread. Place 2 slices of cheddar cheese on both slices of bread.

1/3 c. mayonnaise

Juice of 1/2 lemon

2 (5 oz.) cans of tuna

2 ribs celery, finely chopped

1 dill pickle, finely chopped

2/4 c. finely chopped yellow onion

Kosher salt

Freshly ground black pepper
-
2 Slices of bread (your choice)

2 tbsp. butter
-
1 tomato, sliced (Optional)

2 slices of cheddar
