Directions
-
Prepare the Marinade:
-
In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, fresh lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.

Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are well-coated. c. Seal the bag or cover the dish and let the chicken marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
-
-
Grill the Chicken:
-
Preheat your pan to medium-high heat.
-
Remove the chicken from the marinade, letting any excess drip off.
-
Sear the chicken breasts for about 6-8 minutes per side or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and have a nice crust on the outside.
-
Optional: add a slice of cheese on the chicken until melted.
-
Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
-
-
Assemble the Sandwich:
-
Toast the hamburger buns in a toaster until lightly golden.
-
Spread a layer of mayonnaise on the bottom half of each bun.
