Keep It Simple Smoothie

​Instructions:

  • Prepare Ingredients: Peel the banana and place it in a blender. Add the frozen mixed berries.

  • Add Yogurt and Liquid: Spoon in the Greek yogurt. Pour in the milk of your choice.

  • Sweeten (Optional): If you like your smoothie a bit sweeter, add honey or maple syrup.

  • Blend: Blend all the ingredients until smooth. If the consistency is too thick, you can add more milk. If it's too thin, you can add more frozen fruit or ice cubes.

  • Serve: Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately!

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries

  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup

  • Ice cubes to your preference

  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
