Keep It Simple Smoothie

​Instructions:

Prepare Ingredients: Peel the banana and place it in a blender. Add the frozen mixed berries.

Add Yogurt and Liquid: Spoon in the Greek yogurt. Pour in the milk of your choice.

Sweeten (Optional): If you like your smoothie a bit sweeter, add honey or maple syrup.

Blend: Blend all the ingredients until smooth. If the consistency is too thick, you can add more milk. If it's too thin, you can add more frozen fruit or ice cubes.

Serve: Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately!
