French Toast

​Instructions:

  • Prepare the Egg Mixture:

    • In a mixing bowl, crack the eggs.

      • Add the milk, vanilla, and cinnamon to the eggs.

  • Whisk the Mixture:

    • Whisk the egg mixture until well combined. Make sure the cinnamon is evenly distributed.

  • Dip the Bread:

    • Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat.

    • Take each slice of bread and dip it into the egg mixture, ensuring both sides are well-coated.

  • Cook the French Toast:

    • Place the coated bread slices on the preheated skillet.

    • Cook each side until golden brown and slightly crispy, usually 2-3 minutes per side.

  • Serve Hot:

    • Once the French toast is cooked to your liking, transfer it to a plate.

  • Optional Toppings:

    • Serve with your favorite toppings such as maple syrup, powdered sugar, fresh berries, or a dollop of whipped cream.
