  • Let the Batter Rest:

    • Allow the batter to rest for about 5 minutes. This rest time helps activate the baking powder, leading to fluffier pancakes.

  • Preheat the Griddle or Pan:

    • Heat a griddle or non-stick pan over medium heat. If needed, lightly grease the surface with additional oil or cooking spray.

  • Pour the Batter:

    • Using a ladle or measuring cup, pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the hot griddle for each pancake. Leave enough space between pancakes to allow for spreading.

  • Cook Until Bubbles Form:

    • Cook the pancakes until bubbles form on the surface, and the edges look set. This usually takes 2-3 minutes.

  • Flip and Cook the Other Side:

    • Carefully flip each pancake using a spatula and cook the other side for an additional 1-2 minutes or until golden brown.

  • Serve Warm:

    • Transfer the pancakes to a plate and serve them warm. Top with your favorite syrup, fruit, or whipped cream.
